Use of Artificial Intelligence

Inquiries received via the website may be sorted and categorized using artificial intelligence tools, solely to direct them to the appropriate team member. You can request at any time that a person review your inquiry by writing to advisory@make-sense.lu.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some of our service providers process data outside the European Economic Area:

Cookies and audience measurement

This site does not use advertising cookies, ad tracking tools, or Google Analytics. Audience measurement is handled by Framer’s built-in tool. According to Framer, this tool sets no cookies and creates no persistent identifiers: IP addresses and browser types are processed through a cryptographic hash with a daily rotating key, solely to count daily unique visitors. Consequently, no consent banner is displayed.

The "Book a call" button redirects you to the Calendly website. No Calendly elements are loaded on our site. Once on the Calendly page, Calendly's cookie and data policy applies.

You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data, the right to restrict processing, and, where applicable, the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, please write to advisory@make-sense.lu. We respond within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity in case of reasonable doubt.

Right to object: you may object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interest, particularly regarding commercial follow-up to your request. We will then stop contacting you for this purpose.
