These terms govern access to and use of the Make Sense AI website and its content (presentation pages, process diagrams, simulator, contact form). They do not constitute a service agreement: any project is subject to a separate agreement.

The site is accessible free of charge. Make Sense sàrl may modify, suspend, or interrupt access at any time, particularly for maintenance, without notice or compensation.

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems, data, or accounts connected to the site
• Disrupting the site's operation (overloading, injection, security circumvention)
• Mass extracting or reusing content via automated scraping
• Reproducing or using content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Transmitting false, unlawful, or information infringing on third-party rights

Published content, including method descriptions and diagrams, is provided for informational purposes only and may change without notice. It does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice.

Simulations, projections, and examples on the site are for illustrative purposes and do not constitute a guarantee of commercial or financial results.

Results depend on factors specific to each business: quality of the contact base, internal organisation, processing capacity, market conditions, and sales execution.

The site, its structure, text, process representations, simulator, and visual identity are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of Make Sense sàrl. No licence is granted beyond the normal consultation of the site.

To the extent permitted by law, Make Sense sàrl shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to access, the site.

These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Luxembourg.
